Downstairs: Front room with colour T.V, DVD and CD player and radio, second living room with sofa bed which converts to a double bed if required, dining room, kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, larder fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, toaster, iron and ironing board.
Upstairs: Double room with en-suite bathroom, twin room with 2 single beds, twin room with bunk beds, family bathroom with bath and shower.
Outside: Seacroft has a sunny rear yard with patio table and chairs, sloping rear lawned garden with access on to an open area of hillside known as Pendinas, a local nature reserve with lovely views over the surrounding countryside, coast and town. The cycle path from Aberystwyth to Tregaron passes very close to the house see details of the cycle route

Gas & Electricity: The first £15 per week of electricity and gas consumed is included in the price of the holiday. Most guests find this adequate, any additional units will be charged at the normal domestic tariff.
Heating: There is full gas central heating and additional flame effect fire in the living room. The water is heated by a combination boiler.
Pets: Pets may be accepted on arrangement. An additional charge of £10 per week is made for each pet.
Telephone & Internet: There is a phone in the house, which receives incoming calls only. The house is connected to BT infinity fibre broadband which is free of charge to guests. The house has good mobile phone signal.
