THE FLAT with all year round availability is a newly renovated ground floor flat with a garden and parking which is also conveniently located close to beaches, shops and the University. The Flat has been inspected and quality graded 4 * by The Wales Tourist Board.
ST ARVANS is a five bed roomed terraced house occupying the 3 floors above the flat. St Arvans has been inspected and quality graded 4 * by The Wales Tourist Board.
Aberystwyth is Wales's cultural capital, the presence of the University and the National Library ensures a cosmopolitan atmosphere.
Aberystwyth has a good variety of interesting shops, restaurants and entertainment.
Closer to home, Aberystwyth is the perfect location for a holiday exploring the dramatic coastline, beautiful beaches and remote Cambrian Mountains and uplands of Mid and West Wales.

You are likely to see Bottle Nosed Dolphins frolicking in Cardigan Bay and rare Red Kites soaring in the skies above.
The landscape provides a backcloth for all kinds of activities - swimming, sailing, surfing, cycling, mountain biking, fishing, kayaking, walking, golf, pony trekking - you name it! Walking and cycling routes and extensive local information is provided in the properties to help you plan your stay.

Aberystwyth is easy to get to. There is a good network of major roads over picturesque routes. The A44 brings you over the Cambrian Mountains. The A487 from the south provides spectacular views over Cardigan Bay and the A487 from the north passes the Dovey Estuary. Central trains operate a regular train service to and from London and Birmingham. There is also a picturesque railway line following the coast north to Pwllheli. National Express operate a daily service to and from Birmingham and London and Arriva operates the Traws Cambria service to Cardiff. All our accommodation is within easy walking distance of the bus and train station for day trips. We will try to meet any of our customers traveling by public transport on arrival.
