We have three holiday properties available in Aberystwyth:

THE FLAT with all year round availability is a newly renovated ground floor flat with a garden and parking which is also conveniently located close to beaches, shops and the University. The Flat has been inspected and quality graded 4 * by The Wales Tourist Board.

SEACROFT is a comfortable four bed roomed terraced house overlooking Aberystwyth and Cardigan Bay. The house is within walking distance of beaches and shops. Seacroft has been inspected and quality graded 4 * by The Wales Tourist Board.

ST ARVANS is a five bed roomed terraced house occupying the 3 floors above the flat. St Arvans has been inspected and quality graded 4 * by The Wales Tourist Board.
